Join us for Diaspora Pride @popbrixton — a collective celebration of Black and Global Majority queer and trans brilliance, resilience, and joy. This day is dedicated to honouring our queer ancestors whose truths carved paths of freedom, and to uplifting the living legacies carried by their descendants today.
With community workshops, storytelling, and collective healing, we will gather to centre mental health, reclaim rest, and create space for our radical existence. Whether through art, ritual, or shared movement, Diaspora Pride invites us to be held, to be seen, and to be whole.

Herbal Walk and tea tasting
Saturday 28th June, 10am-12pm
This herb walk offers an opportunity to slow down and connect with our plant kin.
Along the way, we’ll share stories and ways of working with the plants we meet.
We’ll gather a few herbs with care and return to prepare them as tea. The walk will end with a shared tea tasting — time to reflect, listen, and connect with the plants and each other in a relaxed, open way.

Neuroradical
Natalie will be joined by Polly Badham-Thornhill and Nathaniel Hughes to deliver their session - Neuroradical: The gifts (and challenges) of sensitivity.
This workshop aims to dive deep into these shifts. Structured to be interactive, it will consist of short insightful presentations from neurodivergent individuals, followed by an open forum to discuss the themes introduced. We aspire to broaden our collective exploration of the complexities, power dynamics, and potential within the neurodivergent community. Our goal is for you to leave better equipped to support the neurodivergent individuals in your life—be they your colleagues, friends, or even yourself on your personal neurodivergent journey.
This workshop will focus on the experiences and needs of neurodivergent adults, particularly those diagnosed late and those who suspect, but are yet to explore their own neurodivergence.

A short herb walk to meet local medicinal herbs that can be found even in the urbanity of Deptford followed by a sensorial mystery herbal tea tasting engaging all the senses to taste, feel and get to know this plant. You are invited to create your own artwork in reflection.
We will discuss herbs as medicine and how you may already be including them in your daily life.
Sharing is always optional.
